About us

FERMENTED is a micro-bakery founded in Hanoi in 2017. We are all about creating traditionally produced nutritious food that is good for body and soul. 
We offer a wide and wild range of bread, twenty-three different types all told. Also, on offer are our original fermented teas and juices, our signature drinks being Pandan Kombucha and Beet Kvass. We are also particularly pleased with our two healthy vegan, mushroom and nut spreads. 
We are proud to maintain our bake-to-order concept, making sure that our products are always fresh on delivery. This is important as we put so much love and time into our craft.
